Come experience a two day workshop to ground yourself in the importance of school culture and the development of restorative practices. Participants will learn proven strategies to develop a strong relationship first culture and site wide MTSS structures to allow for restorative practices to thrive. Participants will be dive into interactive conversations and leave with a plan on how to improve their school culture and discipline structures immediately. The workshop is perfect for site administrators, district administrators, counselors, teacher, and other site personnel who support discipline and interventions on a campus. Participants will leave the workshop with a ready to implement plan, as well as collaboration agendas to bring in more stakeholders upon returning to their campus.
