Hello, There!
At schools and districts across the country, leadership teams are doing more than ever — balancing culture, systems, student supports, and staff development. I partner with administrators and leadership teams to step out of the reactive mode and build intentional leadership systems that drive sustainable change.
As a former site administrator, I know first-hand the challenges of aligning an administrative team, translating vision into practice, and establishing the culture and systems that allow both students and staff to thrive. I provide one-on-one and team mentorship, leadership coaching, and system design to assist you in transforming your campus or district into a place where leadership is empowered, culture is aligned, and impact is measurable.
Whether you’re looking to refine your administrative team’s effectiveness, roll out a robust site-wide system of support, or build a culture of belonging and accountability, I’ll provide the frameworks, tools, and coaching to make it real — not just talk.

Training Narrative
Come join an engaging professional development led by Jacob Launder on systems and strategies to improve school culture and student outcomes.
The training will provide an overview of the tier 1 systems to build a foundation of relationships on a campus. In addition the training will go in depth on tier 2 and tier 3 restorative systems to reduce chronic absenteeism, reduce behavior incident, reduce 1st time suspensions and reduce secondary suspensions.
Participants will learn directly how Jacob Launder was able to reduce behavior incidents by 60%, decreased secondary suspensions by 54%, and decreased chronic absenteeism by 20%.
Beyond the workshop, Jacob’s coaching model is producing results at the district level. As behavior and intervention systems coach for three La Mesa-Spring Valley middle schools, suspensions dropped 32.5% this year — evidence the systems hold up even when Jacob isn’t the one running the building.
