Jacob Launder is a passionate education leader. As a site administrator Jacob developed an effective systems to transform and build a strong relationship focused school culture. Utilizing Jacob’s systems his school site developed, implemented and refined a site wide MTSS restorative justice program to meet the needs of all students. This work was highlighted by the California Association of School Counselors naming Jacob as the 2025 Administrator of the Year and his counseling program the Exemplary Counseling program for 2025.
